In March 2024, we hosted the very first Women in Aviation Leadership Conference, bringing together an inspiring community of aviation professionals to connect, grow, and lead. This groundbreaking event featured engaging workshops, powerful keynote speakers, and dynamic networking opportunities, setting the stage for a movement toward greater leadership and innovation in aviation.
This year, we’re proud to reintroduce the event as the empowerHER Leadership Forum. The new name reflects our broader vision of inclusivity and empowerment, creating a space where everyone—women and men alike—can connect and collaborate to shape the future of aviation.
